Building Project
We want to thank you for your prayers and support. Over the past two years we have been praying for a new place of worship since we out grew our place of worship. On May 15, 2008 the church was able to purchased a property.
Renovation was completed for our new worship center. The church will be moving in on June 1, 2008. This will be our first worship experience at our new location. The new space will seat over 200 worshippers.
Please join us in praise and thanksgiving as we were able to raised funds for the successful renovation of The Kids Alive Children Church will seat over 100 children. The Child Church was completed and dedicate March of 2009. They had their first service on the First Sunday in May of 2009.
We are believing in God for resources for the renovation of our Fellowship Hall. The financial resources needed to complete the renovation of the Fellowship Hall is USD $20,000.00 (Twenty thousand dollars).

Senior prays to go to church
Please pray with and for us at the Refuge Baptist Church. We are trusting God to begin a Van Ministry. Our church have a transportation problem, we cannot get all of our members especially our seniors to church and many times we do begin church late since our pastor and members who have cars go to pick up people. We cannot get all of them to church at a given Sunday. We are trusting God for $15,000.00 (Fifteen thousand Dollars) to buy two used vans for this ministry in order to reach more people in our community.
